In front of the White House, a man is sitting on a park bench in the throes of depression. He is surrounded by 43 presidents. In the forefront, purposefully ignoring the depressed man is President Obama, whose right foot is stepping on the Constitution. James Madison is next to Obama, pleading with him to stop.
This tableau is called “The Forgotten Man”, a painting by Jon McNaughton, an artist who is known for his politically-charged work.
The painting, which uses objects such as discarded dollar bills as symbols and scraps of paper with individual constitutional amendments scrawled onto them, has been making the rounds across the Internet.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. , I had never seen or heard of Jon McNaughton until Drudge brought my attention to the new painting of One Nation Under Socialism.
I never had either but the painting sends a realistic message. Thanks for stopping by…
You can tell McNa is a hater of President Obama because of his paintings.
I can tell you this McN could not tell you or explain in a concise manner not one instance where President Obama has trample on the constitution or he did not stand up for the average american person or family.
This so call artist is nothing more than a political hack for the republican war machine.
Sometimes the fear of a president’s policies is mistaken for hate. Using executive orders rather than going through Congress is an example of trampling on the constitution. There have been other presidents who have done the same, but Obama is the first to say that he refuses to take “No” for an answer when referring to legislation that Congress has refused to pass.
